Metru Productions is a locally run rental company and videography service seeking to empower everyday hobbyists, young videographers & photographers, professional production companies, animators, and graphic designers with a passion for content creation and benefit them in their journeys by supplying gear and editing lab resources to fuel their productions and creations.

Our Team

Kevin Fulmer is the head of Metru Productions. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University's Media & Communication program with a concentration in Radio, TV, and Film, along with a minor in Digital Media, he has earned a graduate certificate in film production, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in the university's Brand & Media Strategy program.

Production Name: The Weaverville Rifle Salute & Taps

We worked with the Town of Weaverville, North Carolina to produce, film, and edit a short film featuring the town's police and fire departments performing the 21-rifle salute and Taps.

It is screened exclusively at the town's annual patriotic events.

The Media & Communication Department at East Tennessee State University

Production Name: Welcome to the Equipment Room (2024)

We worked with the Media & Communication department's equipment room to create a short film alternative to their usual PowerPoint presentation. The short film showcased the checkout process and the rules students need to adhere to in order to check out gear for their projects each semester.

Salon108 - Kingsport, TN Branch

We worked with a local branch of the Salon108 chain to create a commercial, along with social media reels, to demonstrate the business's services in the hairdressing field.
